Not just skin deep.
If you’ve arrived here, the first thing we want you to know is that we’re about more than appearance. We want our clients to feel good and be the best they can be. We hope to be differentiated by how well we listen and discern who you are and how you live and work. We know there’s a lot more to a good hair day than whether your callick sits down.
Self-care is so important. When we take care of ourselves, we feel better and we can be better for others. I hope not to offend any men with this analogy, because Salon Aspire is in business to serve men and women, but I always think of Estee Lauder. This longtime, legendary cosmetic tastemaker came out with its signature bright red lipstick during the Great Depression. That’s always been meaningful to me, suggesting that even when we’re going through the worst times we can still explore, grow, feel better, be better. Metaphorically speaking, put on lipstick. Take care of yourself. Feel good about yourself.
Salon Aspire is an Aveda salon. We passionately affirm the way Aveda does business, its value system, product quality and what it does for the world. We want to be a salon that does a lot for Wichita.
I have a lot of friends in the medical field. I’m proud of who they are and how they help people. We want to be a value-based salon. I look forward to exploring what that will uniquely mean for us and our clients.
